Bathrobe

A bathrobe is provided for your use during your stay in the closet. Bathrobes are available for purchase at $125. Please contact the Front Desk at extension 7210 to purchase a robe and a new one will be brought to your guestroom.

Blankets and Pillows

There are additional pillows and a blanket stored in the closet for your use.

Coffee Maker  

All rooms are equipped with a coffee machine. Please contact the Front Desk at extension 7210 for additional coffee supplies.

Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services

Dry cleaning and laundry services are available Monday through Friday. Please place your garments in the laundry bag provided in the closet, complete the form and deliver to the Front Desk by 8:00am. Laundry will be returned to your room before 6:00pm the same day. For assistance with collecting your laundry bag, please contact the Front Desk at extension 7210.

Guest Check Out

All guests are required to check out by 11:00am. Should you need assistance with your luggage, please contact the Front Desk at extension 7210 for Bellman assistance.

Housekeeping

We service rooms daily and provide fresh towels and bathroom amenities. Bed linens are changed every 3 days during multiple day visits. Please contact the Front Desk at extension 7210 if you require special services or to replenish room supplies.

In Room Safe

There is complimentary in-room safe located in the closet. Please follow the instructions on the safe door for usage.

Iron and Ironing Board

For your convenience, an iron and ironing board at stored in the closet.

No Smoking Policy

All guest rooms are smoke free. Smoking is permitted on balconies and patios. To protect our environment there will be a $250 cleaning fee applied to your guest room should you smoke in your guest room.

Pack and Play

We have complimentary pack and plays available for Little Leaguers. Please contact the Front Desk at extension 7210 to have one delivered to your room.

Elevator

The elevator, located in the center portion of the main building, has access to all floors leading to the hotel lobby, guest rooms and The Summit.

Ice Machines

Ice Machines can be found on each floor of The Lodge. They are located on the first floor by room 101, on the second floor by room 223 and on the third floor by room 323.

To report a lost or found item, please contact the Front Desk at extension 7210.

Newspapers

The Wall Street Journal is available complimentary at the Front Desk, Monday through Friday.

Mail

U.S. Mail is picked up at the Front Desk in the late morning. Outgoing mail should be brought to the Front Desk before 8:30am. Service is available Monday through Saturday. Postage is also available at the Front Desk.

Medical Services

Notary service is available on-site. Please contact the Front Desk at extension 7210 for assistance.

On-site Laundry Facilities

A washer and dryer are located on the first floor across from guestroom #123. Use of the equipment, as well as detergent and fabric softener, is complimentary. Daily laundry and dry cleaning services are also available Monday through Friday.

Package Shipping

For Federal Express and UPS delivery services please ensure that your package is at the Front Desk no later than 4:00pm. Please call the Front Desk at extension 7210 for assistance.

Transportation
Arrangements for transportation to local attractions, the airport and train station are available with 24 hour notice. Please contact Dom Luza, Transportation Director, at extension 7125 or luzad@unionleague.org for rate and availability.

Business Services

Faxing, printing and copying are available at Gather, open 8:00am to 8:00pm. If you need to have a document faxed to the hotel, the Lodge Front Desk fax number is 610-941-7158.

Fitness

Fitness Room

The Fitness Room, located on the first floor near room #138, is open daily from 5:00am to 10:00pm. Equipment includes: ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, free weights and weight machines.

Jogging/Walking

Enjoy the fresh air and take a walk on our 1/3 mile paved running trail located across from the entrance to The Summit. Directions to local nature trails and running paths area are also available at the Front Desk. If you require transportation to the local trails, please contact Dom Luza at extension 7125.

Golf

Our 18-Hole Championship Course, designed by Gary Player, is open from February through December (weather permitting). Tee times are available to members through Foretees on the Union League app or website, or by calling the Golf Shop at extension 7201. A forecaddie is required for all Non-Golf Amenity members. The dress code includes golf attire, including a collared shirt and non-cargo shorts or slacks.

Bocce

Bocce courts are located off the Grays patio at the Golf Club. Courts are available Wednesday through Sunday on a first come, first served basis.

Shopping

There are many shopping areas within minutes of the Lodge, including: King of Prussia Mall, Plymouth Meeting Mall, Historic Chestnut Hill, Manayunk and Center City Philadelphia. 

Attractions

There are also plenty of local attractions, including:  Independence National Historic Park, Valley Forge National Park, Philadelphia Zoo, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Longwood Gardens and Morris Arboretum.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency please call the Front Desk at extension 7210.  
Stay calm, state your name, room number or exact location in the building and the nature of the emergency. 

FIRE SAFETY

Fire safety information is provided on the back of the guest room door.  Directions for emergency evacuation are indicated.  Please take the time to review and learn the location of the nearest exit and an alternative exit.  Fire emergency pull boxes are located throughout the building and located by the closest emergency exit doors.  Fire extinguishers are located in most stair towers throughout the building or by the closest emergency exit doors. 

SECURITY 

Call the Front Desk at extension 7210 to request assistance for any problem or emergency.  A security officer is on duty 24 hours a day at the property.  All buildings at Union League Liberty Hill are equipped with both audio and visual fire alarms to alert guests if an emergency evacuation is necessary.  Please close and lock the sliding glass door whenever you leave your guest room. 

IN CASE OF FIRE/ALARM SOUNDS

If there is a fire in your room: Leave your room and close the door. Report the fire by calling the Front Desk or pull fire alarm. 

If fire is not in your room and alarms sound: Test the door with your hand for heat before opening. 

• If the door is cool: Open the door slowly.  If you determine it is safe to exit, walk to the nearest exit and proceed to the west side of the building. Remain in the parking lot until fire department clears guest to return to Lodge.  Stay low if hallways are smoky.  Do not use elevators. 

• If the door is hot: Stay in your room and call the Front Desk at extension 7210 for help. Fill the tub with water and seal around doors and cracks with wet towels. Cover your face with wet towels and wait for help.

COLLABORATION STUDIOS & AMPHITHEATERS

Designed to foster collaboration and creativity, our private studios include lounge furnishings, built in LCD monitors, rolling white-boards, laptop tables and natural lighting. Reserve one of our three amphitheaters for corporate presentations, team training or business meetings for up to 60 guests. Conference tables include a dedicated power source and wired internet access.
